When you place your order for flower delivery or make arrangements for your big event, you provide us with the information which is necessary to deliver your order or make your planned event a reality.
- For your floral bouquet recipient, you provide the name, address and telephone number(s) for your designated recipient in Dubai.
- The contact information of the person placing the order is also collected at the same time that billing information is collected.
- For floral bouquets and gifts, any personal message for your recipient that you desire to accompany your delivery shall be made verbatim — just as you specify when you place your order.
- The same attention to your privacy holds true for any branding, messages or scripting for your event. All information is kept confidential. We extend this level of confidentiality to the details about the sender which are not shared with anyone else.
- Unless you specify otherwise, any messages are in a greeting card enclosed inside an envelope which is delivered directly to the recipient. No other person on behalf of the sender or recipient will be provided any information related to a particular order. No other person will be provided information regarding your event unless you request such.

3. PAYMENT METHODS
- The White Boutique accepts payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit and debit card in AED (or any other mutually agreed currency). Other options for payments are Western Union Money Transfer or Bank Transfer. If you make a payment for our catering, gifts or event planning via our website, the payment information that you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider through a secured connection. If the delivery is made to the address of the sender or if the delivery is for to a Dubai-based company, payment may be made in the form of cash.
- The consumer is responsible for retaining a copy of transaction records as well as the merchant policies and rules.
4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
- Flowers and catering orders will be delivered by The White Boutique delivery vehicles and drivers.
- All catering equipment such as tables, plates, trays, glasses, cutlery etc. are not part of the sale and will be returned after the event.
- Waiters are not included in the order if not requested.
- The White Boutique will not transact or provide any services or products with any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the laws of UAE.
- Multiple shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement. Single orders may be split into multiple shipments, depending on the availability of the stock.
- Regarding floral arrangements, we strive to make deliveries match the online item photo and description as closely as possible. We reserve the right to match “intuitively and timely” in order to meet customers’ important delivery deadlines. For best practices within the floral industry, we always aim to match the order as closely as possible to the description but advise customers that arrangements may vary slightly depending on availability on that particular day with regards to flowers, fillers and accessories.
- Regarding an alternate delivery arrangement, if the recipient is not available to receive the delivery when our representative reaches the given address, we will attempt to make contact with the recipient and then the sender with the suggestion of leaving the delivery with the building reception or at the front door.
- We do not request a signature confirmation from the recipient for the delivery. Instead, we ask and confirm that the recipient’s name and address are correct per the order form.
- We offer the option of special requests for deliveries, such as a specific time window for the flower delivery or about calling the recipient. We follow the instructions accordingly.
4.1 DELIVERY TIME AND CHARGE
- Delivery time will depend on the customer's request and delivery schedule availability.
- Food delivery within Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Sharjah, Ajman, orders must reach the minimum order of 500 AED for food in boxes, 1,500 AED for food setup.
- Food delivery within Fujairah, Ras Al Khaima, Umm Al Quwain, orders must reach the minimum order of 3,000 AED for food in boxes, 5,000 AED for food setup.
- Flower orders within Dubai must reach the minimum order of 375 AED (excluding VAT).
- Flower orders within Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaima, Umm Al Quwain must reach the minimum order of 500 AED (excluding VAT).
- Food and flower orders outside Dubai must be confirmed via email two to three days before the delivery.
- 50 AED will be charge for delivery outside Dubai.
- Free delivery within Dubai.
5. REFUND, RETURN, & CANCELLATION GENERAL POLICY
- Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment when applicable
- We must be notified by email within 12 hours of the actual delivery time at [email protected]. Complaints made more than 12 hours after the time of the delivery will not be honored. Refunds shall be made under the following two circumstances:
- The ordered item is not delivered on or before the date chosen in the order.
- Flowers (or gifts) delivered are entirely different from the online item description.
- Orders that have been confirmed or which are already in transit shall not be changed or cancelled.
- For catering deposit refunds, deposits made shall be refundable less any relevant expenses already incurred by The White Boutique, provided the cancellation is made two days before the scheduled event date.
- Finger Foods
- Canceling within 6 working hours 50% cancelation fee will be charged.
- Canceling within 3 working hours 100% cancelation fee will be charged.
- Hot Buffet
- Canceling within 24 hours 50%, cancelation fee will be charged.
- Canceling within 12 hours 100%, cancelation fee will be charged.
5.2 FLOWERS CANCELLATION
- Customers can cancel their order only within 12 hours without charge and items should not be in transit.
